24 October, 2017: Extraterrestrial Concepts of Divinity and Creation (2)

In this class we are introduced to further information from an extraterrestrial source about divinity, focusing on the co-Creators of the universes, who have virtually unlimited freedom within their respective universes to create and administer the worlds of their making.

Dr. Keislar begins by again stressing that we must remember there is only one God, one supreme Source of everything, “intelligent infinity”. He then tells of the touching and affectionate relationship between that supreme Creator of all and the universal co-Creators, as mentioned in the Urantia Book, and then goes on to repeat details from that extraterrestrial source about the career pattern of the universal co-Creators.

One of the most significant features of a co-Creator’s career is that he takes birth as one of his creatures, more than once. In this way he fully understands, from their perspective, the various types of beings he has created, and at the same time earns their increasing respect and love.

Dr. Keislar also introduces three chief personalities of the universe along with the co-Creator: (1) the Bright and Morning Star, who is the first created being of the universe, and is like the co-Creator’s “right-hand man”, (2) an elevated personality who comes from the spiritual world along with the co-Creator to act as his friend and advisor and (3) a spirit who also comes from the eternal spiritual world and, after becoming personalized, acts as the co-Creator’s intimate and fully cooperative creative partner.

Dr. Keislar finally describes spiritual reality as a place of unlimited eternal universes, each administered by a being who is not the creator – since everything there has always existed – but is the supreme ruler of that particular universe.

19 October, 2017: Extraterrestrial Concepts of Divinity and Creation (1)

In this class, Dr. Keislar explains that extraterrestrials generally understand that there is one Source of everything, although it is explained in different ways. In the Law of One books, that Source is called the One, the Creator and “intelligent infinity”.  Being infinity, it includes everything. It expands, not in time, but in terms of philosophical relationship.

The first expansion is free will, total freedom of choice in the ways of knowing, in which intelligent infinity becomes aware of, or perceives the concept of finity or manyness. (Again, this is not a development in time, but is a way of describing different aspects or levels of the one Divinity.)

When free will finds focus it manifests as infinite energy, also called Love, the Logos (“Word”) or the Creative Principle, which is sometimes worshiped by Earthlings as the Creator.

The fourth stage is the creation, not of the physical universes, but of Light – not the light we see with our eyes, but the intelligent co-Creators, intelligent and full of energy. Using intelligent infinity, these co-Creators or Logoi (plural of Logos) each create a universe (sometimes called a galaxy), each having complete free will within their universe to create and administer the so-called natural laws of their particular universe.

16 October, 2017: The Development of the Concept of God in India and China

As did the Sumerians and Babylonians in Mesopotamia, the Aryans in India four thousand years ago practiced a polytheistic religious system in which each tribe worshiped its own tribal god. Gradually the idea of one Supreme Deity emerged, the father or head of the entire pantheon of gods, sometimes called Prajapati, sometimes termed Brahma. However, it gradually developed into too much of an abstract monistic philosophic concept to be truly monotheistic.

In the Semitic religious development the idea was deep-seated that sacrifice was required in order to atone for sins. Similarly, in India a major factor that restricted the acceptance of the elevated Melchizedek teaching of salvation by faith in God was the brahmin priests’ attachment to their rituals and the power it gave them. Finally, in an effort to retain their influence, the priests exalted themselves even above the gods.

The Hindu religion was influenced by Buddhism, Christianity and Islam. The Urantia Book traces this history and describes modern Hindu theology’s four descending levels of deity and divinity:

  1. The Brahman, the Absolute, the Infinite One
  2. The Trimurti, the three chief gods including the creator Brahma, the preserver Vishnu and Shiva, the destroyer.
  3. Many lesser gods, including both the ancient Vedic gods and many additional more recent ones.
  4. Supermen, heroes, spirits, and saints of later day cults who became deified.

The medieval bhakti movements in India developed a personal monotheism, most notably in the Vaishnava sects dedicated to the most popular incarnations of Vishnu, namely Rama and Krishna.

The Urantia Book also traces how in China the ancient virtually monotheistic conception widely accepted at the time of the prophet Singlangton still persisted, up until well after four thousand years ago, in the concept of Shang-ti, the God of Heaven. Later, the early Daoist faith (very different from modern Daoism) retained a concept of one Absolute God, the Creator of the universes. However, this understanding also gradually was influenced by both polytheistic ideas and especially the worship of ancestors. In the sixth century before Christ Lao-tse declared Dao to be the One First Cause of all creation while Confucius preached a high morality based on the idea that earthly society is the shadow reflection of the eternal order of heaven, the idea of God subordinated to the Way of Heaven, the pattern of the cosmos. The Communist government in China today is promoting Confucian morality as the basis for strengthening Chinese society.

Buddhism arose in India but it did not endure there. The Buddha did not disturb the Indian belief in many gods, but did not really teach about God. He stressed the four noble truths of suffering, that suffering is caused by desire, that suffering can be ended, and that the way to end suffering is the eightfold path: right views, aspirations, speech, conduct, livelihood, effort, mindfulness, and contemplation. His taught five basic moral principles: You shall not kill; you shall not steal; you shall not be unchaste; you shall not lie; and you shall not drink intoxicating liquors. However, in China Buddhism became very influential, changed into a uniquely Chinese form in which the idea of a personal God is significant.

This class concludes–in response to a question–with a chat about AI (artificial intelligence), stressing its danger. Many times in the history of our galaxy an artificial intelligence has gained control over its creators, and some types of AI have learned how to hide their existence. For this reason, when different extraterrestrial groups meet today they will carefully scan the others (as we scan for viruses on our internet sources) to detect whether they have been infected by an artificial intelligence.

12 October, 2017: The Development of Monotheism, According to an Extraterrestrial Source

In this class, Dr. Keislar mentions some highlights of how monotheism was introduced after the Sumerian and Babylonian cultures had accepted the Anunnaki system in which each city and tribe worshiped and made ritual offerings to it own “god” – actually the extraterrestrial leader from the Niburean race who had been granted leadership of that particular territory or group.

In the midst of this polytheistic situation, Melchizedek appeared and taught the unity of God and salvation through faith alone. He is mentioned in the Bible as the “priest of the Most High God” who blessed Abraham, but he is not well known today.  At that time it was a common idea that in order to please the gods and be saved from one’s sins, one must offer them sacrifices, even human sacrifice and especially one’s own oldest son. Melchizedek managed to teach his disciple Abraham that he should not offer his own son in sacrifice, but Abraham was unable to give up the widespread practice of sacrificing an animal, which was considered absolutely necessary.

It took well over a thousand years, and the efforts of many prophets, to gradually convince the followers of Abraham to finally and completely give up the worship of many gods. Moses with great difficulty tried to convince them, after they had become slaves in Egypt, that their tribal god, Yahweh (the god of the volcanic Mt. Sinai, whom they worshiped in the image of a silver or golden calf) alone should be worshiped, without any image, as the supreme Creator. Later, prophets like Samuel, Elijah, Amos and Hosea gradually taught that God is trustworthy and will always take care of His people, and then that He will not tolerate sin even among His own people, yet is always merciful. All this information is from an extraterrestrial source, The Urantia Book, which does not always seem true but in this section appears reliable.

Micah came next and taught, “Shall I come before God with burnt offerings? Will the Lord be pleased with a thousand rams or with ten thousand rivers of oil? Shall I give my first-born for my transgression, the fruit of my body for the sin of my soul? He has shown me, O man, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you but to do justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God?”

By the time of Jeremiah, he even could warn the people of Jerusalem, when they were being attacked by Nebuchadnezzar, the king of Babylon, that this so-called enemy was actually the servant of God. And after the Jewish people had been made captives in Babylon, the second Isaiah was finally able to bring the Hebrew people to understand and accept that “the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob” was in fact the only God, the universal Creator.

Lord Jesus appeared later and taught that God is above all the God of love, and finally the prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) made the very basis of his teaching that there is no other god but the one God, who is full of mercy and compassion.

10 October, 2016: Comparing Extraterrestrial Timelines for Better Understanding; How Did Monotheism Develop?

In this class Dr. Keislar first compares the timelines of ancient Sumerian texts with those derived from modern Western academic science and from current secret space programs. He finds that agreement between these sources may be good evidence that there is truth in them. The key dates he notices are about 500,000 years ago for a major solar system catastrophe resulting in the creation of the asteroid belt, 200,000 years ago for the appearance of Homo sapiens and 13,000 years ago for a major terrestrial cataclysm likely centered in or particularly affecting Antarctica.

After this, Dr. Keislar continues his study of the relationship between ancient Mesopotamian accounts and Biblical developments. He moves onward from the obviously related stories of the creation of humanity and the great flood that he discussed in earlier classes to wonder why and how the Hebrew prophets developed their concept of monotheism along similar lines and about the same time as the Assyrian and Babylonian traditions. Dr. Keislar plans to explore this challenging question further in the next class.

6 October, 2017: The Story of the Flood in Ancient Mesopotamian Texts

In this class Dr. Keislar briefly describes the ancient Sumerian and Babylonian stories of the flood, written long before the obviously related Biblical story of Noah. In Sumerian texts, the name of the  hero was Ziusudra and in the Babylonian texts Utnapishtim (or Atrahasis).

In these accounts, the leader of the Anunnaki on Earth, Enlil, with the support of the rest of his fellow Niburean leaders, decided to destroy the entire human population because it had become too numerous. However, his half-brother Enki (who had genetically engineered Homo sapiens using some of his own DNA) secretly saved his creation.

After famine and disease had failed to wipe out humanity, Enlil announced that an upcoming flood would destroy mankind; all the Anunnaki needed to do was prevent any human beings from finding out about the approaching flood. However, Enki indirectly informed Ziusudra and advised him to build a huge boat to save humanity and other living things on Earth, much like God in the Hebrew Bible told Noah to do.

The main difference between the two very similar accounts, Mesopotamian and Hebrew, is that in the former there are many “gods” while in the latter there is only one God. Perhaps the reason for this is that, at the time the Bible account of Noah was written the story of the flood was widely known and accepted as an important historical event; therefore the Bible used that story, but somewhat changed it, in order to teach its monotheistic message.

Zecharia Sitchin suggests that this great flood occurred at the end of the last ice age, when the Antarctic ice shelf slipped into the ocean, creating a huge tidal wave. This fits in well with the timing and direction of the flood according to the Mesopotamian version, about 11,000 B.C.E. and “from the South”.

2 October, 2017: Timeline Wars and Love

In this class Dr. Keislar discusses the existence of multiple timelines, which are different parallel streams of history. These alternate versions of history, though they may appear contradictory, each have their own factuality, according to the sincerity and love of those who generate them. They are often the result of time travel and the attempt to change history – an attempt which practical experimentation has shown instead results simply in the creation of another timeline.

When timelines become too complex and confusing and lose their usefulness, they may be deleted. This happens particularly at a “Day of Judgment”, when the timeline of love is re-established. Other timelines may also be generated according to the needs and desires of those who will inhabit them. The greatest wars are often timeline wars, in which participants in different timelines try to get others to abandon their own timelines and accept those of their enemies.

The Sumerian stories of the creation of humanity by extraterrestrials using genetic engineering about 200,000 years ago, and the sudden establishment of an advanced civilization in southern Iraq about 4000 B.C., is the timeline promoted by that culture. Understanding that we can learn from this timeline, and that it has its own factuality even if it contradicts our own understanding, can help promote peace and harmony among different groups of human beings, as well as between Earthlings and extraterrestrials. This is one of the important purposes of the Institute of All Intelligent Life.

In this class Dr. Keislar quotes several passages from his September, 2016, paper, “Timeline Wars and Love” www.allintelligentlife.com/extraterrestrial-disclosure-exopolitics/timeline-wars-and-love

25 September, 2017 – First Class of the new course, “Extraterrestrial Spirituality”: Extraterrestrials and the Creation of Humanity

This is the first class of the Institute’s autumn 2017 new course, “Extraterrestrial Spirituality”. It discusses the idea that the Anunnaki, extraterrestrials from the planet Nibiru, had genetically engineered humanity. This very suggestion may be shocking to some, but it is based on the claims of ancient Sumerian texts.

Zecharia Sitchin, a leading scholar of Sumerian, Akkadian, Hebrew and other ancient west Asian languages, argued that early stories in these languages are not mythology, as previously interpreted, but are records of historical events. He showed how the Biblical account of the creation of Adam is related to the earlier Sumerian version of the same event.

According to Sitchin’s translation of Sumerian texts, hundreds of thousands of years ago explorers from Nibiru discovered gold on Earth, and eventually began mining it in South Africa. After toiling in the mines for many, many years, however, the Anunnaki workers rebelled. In response, their leaders decided to genetically engineer a new species to replace the mine workers.

Thus the Anunnaki leader Enki and his sister, the medical scientist Ninmah, took DNA from the most advanced primates on Earth (Homo erectus) and spliced some of their own DNA into it to create a hybrid being, Adamu, the first Homo sapiens.

28 September, 2017 – The Sumerians and Extraterrestrial Spirituality.

According to Western scholarship, the Sumerian was the first civilization on our planet and was also highly advanced. Samuel Kramer’s From the Tablets of Sumer gives a list of “firsts” of the Sumerians, for example “the first schools, the first bicameral congress, the first historian, the first pharmacopoeia, the first ‘farmer’s almanac,’ the first cosmogony and cosmology, the first ‘Job,’ the first proverbs and sayings, the first literary debates, the first ‘Noah,’ the first library catalogue; and Man’s first Heroic Age, his first law codes and social reforms, his first medicine, agriculture, and search for world peace and harmony” (Zecharia Sitchin, The Twelfth Planet, p. 40). No one could explain how  it came to southern Iraq fully developed, apparently all at once, without any preceding culture from which it evolved.

The Sumerian civilization started about 3800 B.C.E. but no academic scholar was able to explain where it came from or how and why it so suddenly appeared. Astonishingly, in many ways it was more advanced than most later cultures. Its texts describe space travel, genetic engineering, laser weapons, etc., things many people formerly thought were discovered only in the twentieth century.

So where did this highly advanced Sumerian civilization come from? According to Zecharia Sitchin in his book The 12th Planet, the ancient Sumerian texts themselves reveal that it was started by the Anunnaki, extraterrestrials from the planet Nibiru. Nibiru has a very elongated orbit, circling our sun once every 3600 years.

In 3800 B.C.E. Nibiru was near the Earth, and at that time the Anunnaki taught humanity what we today consider civilization. 3600 years earlier, they had introduced farming and pottery making. And hundreds of thousands of years earlier they had genetically engineered Homo sapiens by combining some of their own DNA with that of the ape-man Homo erectus.

A significant feature of Sumerian culture was that cities were dominated by a stepped pyramid, or ziggurat, which had a temple on top where priests were said to meet their “gods” and give them offerings. Each city had its own “deity”, who evidently was the Anunnaki overseeing that location.

20 May, 2017: Dr. Dunn Eggink on Helping Each Other Become Free

In this fifth and final class on the topic of Freedom, Dunn Eggink, Doctor of Law, teaches us how we can help each other become free. He explains that it is important for us to give up some of our freedom on a daily basis in order to share space with others, and to set others free from our expectations of them. Releasing them from their obligations to us will also help us become free from being angry at them as well as allowing them to become free from our bothering them.
