This class is a summary of the course, starting with a brief review of the secret space programs of Germany from the 1920’s, which led to secret landings on the moon and Mars even before the end of World War II, and the United States, which led to a moon landing in the 1950’s, long before the official NASA landing in 1969.

We then recount the top secret American development of esoteric technology including teleportation, time travel, age regression and zero-point energy devices in the 1970s and 1980s and the recent exposure of these covert programs by whistleblowers.

In this class I emphasize the potency of chanting together Names of God from different traditions in working to establish world peace. This is a very critical time in human development. Peace and unity in the world is a necessary step before we can be accepted as a full partner in our galactic family with our sisters and brothers from other planets. Prayer and meditation, as well as being kind, friendly and thoughtful of others, are most effective actions in creating peace in our world.

We pray for unity of Muslims, and also particularly for unity among Muslims and Sikhs, who can easily chant together the Names of God from their traditions. The Sikh scripture, Guru Granth Sahib, uses the name “Allah” many times. And the chief Name of God in Sikh tradition, “Ik Omkar”, means simply “One God” or “One Source”.

I also announce that I have decided to end this course at the end of this week. This is what I had scheduled when starting the course in September, but also I need financial support to continue it. In this brief class I explains why our course has changed from being mostly about extraterrestrial life and secret space programs, to being more about establishing peace, especially through meditation and prayer. This is due to both the suggestion of my mentor that I present my own realizations rather than simply repeating information obtained from reading others’ writings, as well as because our extraterrestrial friends have been advising us that establishing peace and kindness is more important than knowledge.

In this class, I answer several good questions. The most significant one is about the role of extraterrestrials in human affairs. I explain that there are two types of extraterrestrials, evil ones and good ones.

The evil or satanic terrestrials include, most significantly, the Orion Empire, a group mostly composed of reptilian humanoids (who stand upright on two legs and have two arms, but who look like reptiles and often a tail and sometimes even wings). They have been trying to control and manipulate humanity for thousands of years, using deception and force.

The good or angelic extraterrestrials have been helping us and guiding us, also for thousands of years. They are more powerful that the evil ones. Recently they have become much more active in human affairs, especially since the development of nuclear weapons – in order to prevent atomic war – and also to stop the increasingly dangerous activities of the evil extraterrestrials. This includes setting up a quarantine around our solar system in just the last few years, so that no one can come or go without their permission.

(Another question is about prayer and activism in establishing peace, and whether prayer alone is sufficient to establish peace. I reply that it is the first step. In any activity, the first step is to think about what one wants to do, and as one meditates on it one brings it into being.)

The Source and Goal of all life is One Supreme Truth (God, Allah, Ik Omkar). We are inseparable parts of that One Truth, as sunshine is an inseparable part of the sun.

A Sikh Facebook friend earlier wrote me, “i want to listen in your voice mool mantar of sikhism.” Accordingly, I happily recite this beautiful prayer by Guru Nanak near the beginning of today’s class, which starts with “Ik Omkar, Sat Nam” (One God, Whose Name is Eternal Truth) and, in its extended form, ends with “Aad sach, jugaad sach, hai bhi sach, Nanak hosi bhi sach” (God was the Eternal Truth in the beginning, has been the Eternal Truth throughout the ages, is the Eternal Truth now, and – Nanak says – will be the Eternal Truth [forever]).

In response to a question during this class about whether there are any “ hidden portals to higher dimensions” in Pakistan, I tell the story of how I was evidently transported through such an interdimensional portal in December, 1984, in Pakpattan (Pakistan) – after having been led there by a series of miraculous events.

Today we move still further from the traditional academic idea of what a class should be, simply transferring information from teacher to students. Instead we engage more in practical spiritual activity for peace: meditation and prayer. We need to understand and implement the power of our collective co-creative consciousness. Whatever we focus our attention on, we attract that to us.

This is what our extraterrestrial friends are encouraging us to do. Practice is more effective than teaching. Let us continue meditating on love and harmony and praying for peace.

Our meditations and prayers for peace will bring it about, throughout the Earth as well as beyond it. We should be very happy to be alive at this very special time, especially in Pakistan, the “Land of the Pure”. God willing, pure-hearted people will establish peace and unity, love and harmony, justice and truthfulness in Pakistan and around our planet, and even throughout our solar system, our galaxy, our universe, and all dimensions and realms.

Extraterrestrials now will be visiting us more and more. Humanity has been kept in ignorance for thousands of years. The plan of the Cabal and their evil extraterrestrial masters has been to establish a One World government with a world military force under their control, so they could force everyone to follow them. In just the past few years, by the intervention of angelic extraterrestrials, that plan has failed and the rule of truth and love is being established in its place.

The Cabal wants to keep us in ignorance and fear and division, for such feelings will only generate more fear and war. Whatever we think about, we bring into existence. Therefore, as we meditate on a peaceful world and pray for peace, our co-creative collective consciousness will actually bring it about.

This class is an experiment. On the instruction of my teacher, I set aside the usual university teaching methods of preparing a class in advance and attempt to spontaneously “channel” information.

In this class I tell the story of how, in the early 1980’s in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, I was instructed by a Sufi businessman to recite a special prayer in order to receive personal guidance from the Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). Following those instructions, this indeed happened to me, both at that time as well as in England in 2012.

I try to repeat that experience during this online class and repeat the same prayer, the Durood Sharif, only to realize that such an effort to receive guidance from the Holy Prophet (pbuh) in this context is inappropriate. Nevertheless, prayer is always – after love – a most important practice.

Following my mentor’s advice, I am now teaching these Institute of All Intelligent Life classes without making notes in advance. Rather, at the beginning of each class I will meditate and pray, hoping to receive and spontaneously “channel” higher guidance.  This is a little difficult for me, but I am trying this as an experiment and hopefully will gradually improve.

In this class, Dr. Keislar tells of a dream he had this morning of an animal trainer dealing with an unfamiliar, dangerous reptile who could produce an electric shock by putting its paw forward. The teacher is like the animal trainer, and we are like the dangerous animal who must be trained to precisely carry out the good instruction of the spiritual master – rather than foolishly doing what we imagine is the best thing to do.

We must be trained to become honest and loving. This is actually a much more important than learning about the true history of our planet.
